Silver Nisab (Zakat Calculation)

In Islamic finance, the Nisab threshold is based on 52.5 tolas of silver. At today’s rate of Rs. 6,795 per tola, the Zakat threshold is approximately Rs. 356,737.5. If savings exceed this amount for one lunar year, Zakat becomes applicable.
