PTI Khyber Pakhtunkhwa announces phased protest movement

Peshawar: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has announced a phased protest movement across the province.

PTI Khyber Pakhtunkhwa President Junaid Akbar has directed the regional leadership to organize two to three public programs a week.

He said that rallies, processions and conventions in all regions will be led by the concerned MPAs and party office bearers, while district and tehsil organizations will be bound to provide full cooperation.

Junaid Akbar has also directed the Insaf Students Federation, Insaf Lawyers Forum, Youth and Women Wings to play a full role in the protest activities.

It should be noted that Imran Khan had also approved the launch of the protest movement after Ashura Muharram. According to party leader Nisar Jatt, there will be no march towards Islamabad for now, but whenever a decision is made, the party will not delay going to Islamabad
