Karachi: Sindh Education Minister Syed Sardar Shah has announced that all private and government schools and colleges in Karachi will remain closed on Wednesday, August 20, due to heavy rains.
As per the decision, the technical board has postponed the exams scheduled for Wednesday, while Lyari University has also announced a holiday.
Intermittent rains have been continuing in Karachi since Tuesday morning, which has affected civic life and there is a possibility of suspension of educational activities.
