As per the latest notification from the Market Committee Lahore, farm eggs are being traded wholesale at Rs. 6,840 per crate. For the general public, the retail price has been locked at Rs. 232 per dozen. Authorities have warned against overcharging in local neighborhoods.

The Punjab Agriculture Department (PAMRA) and the Deputy Commissioner’s office have jointly verified today’s rates. Citizens are encouraged to report any sellers demanding prices above the official Rs. 397 wholesale or Rs. 411 retail live chicken rates by calling the official helpline.
