KARACHI: The US Dollar (USD) remains stable against the Pakistani Rupee (PKR) in both the local open market and official interbank trading today, August 3, 2026.
According to updates from local currency exchange centres, the buying rate for the US Dollar in the open market stands at Rs. 278.70, while dealers are selling it to the public at Rs. 278.90.
Meanwhile, in the interbank market, commercial banks are transacting the US Dollar at a buying rate of Rs. 277.75 and a selling rate of Rs. 278.25.
