Islamabad: Defense Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif has said that there is a storm of criticism against Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi inside and outside Parliament, and now Modi’s days are numbered. The decision will now be taken by the people of India.

Speaking to the media outside Parliament House, Khawaja Asif said that Narendra Modi tried to manage the situation in his recent address, but things have deteriorated so much that it is no longer possible to control them.

He said there is a three-point agenda for talks with India, which includes terrorism, Kashmir, and the water issue. He said that Pakistan has been a victim of terrorism for the last 25 years, and yet India is blaming Pakistan.

The defense minister alleged that the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) were agents of India. He said that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif had offered to investigate the terrorist incident and Pakistan’s sacrifices should be recognized at the international level.

Khawaja Asif further said that the Kashmir issue is one of the most important issues, and it should also be discussed. Speaking on the issue of water, he said that there was an attempt by India to make the Indus Waters Treaty controversial, which is unacceptable.

He said that in the case of negotiations, the clauses of the agreements have to be taken into account. India itself has become an international terrorist state, and there is evidence of its terrorism up to Canada and the United States, which will be presented in the negotiations.
