KARACHI: The Omani Riyal is being exchanged at Rs. 722.05 buying and Rs. 732.85 selling in the open market, while the interbank rate is being recorded around Rs. 721.80 buying and Rs. 732.50 selling.
The Pakistani rupee is remaining under pressure against the Omani riyal, reflecting Gulf remittance-linked demand. The movement is impacting household remittances and Gulf-based labour earnings, which are contributing to Pakistan’s foreign inflows.
