Karachi – The Canadian Dollar remains stable against the Pakistani Rupee, reflecting balanced demand in trade and remittance flows.
In the interbank market, CAD is being traded at Rs. 204.54 (buying) and Rs. 204.91 (selling). In the open market, the rate is Rs. 203.32 for buying and Rs. 207.35 for selling.
Canada is home to a large Pakistani diaspora, and remittances from the region contribute significantly to Pakistan’s foreign exchange inflows.
Additionally, trade relations between Pakistan and Canada, particularly in textiles and agricultural products, are influenced by currency movements, making the CAD rate important for exporters and importers alike.
