Karachi: The British Pound is showing an upward but steady trend in the open market, standing buying at Rs. 372.00 and selling at Rs. 375.50. With a large Pakistani community based in the United Kingdom, the pound remains one of the strongest remittance channels for Pakistan.
The rupee is holding firm today, despite the pound’s traditionally stronger position.
