Tehran – Iranian President Masoud Peshkeshian has said that power without ethics creates instability and injustice in the world.

In a statement released on the social networking website X, the Iranian president said that Iran represents “moral and responsible power” while its opponents are following the path of “irresponsible and uncontrolled power.”

He said that giving priority only to power in today’s global politics is creating “chaos, oppression, injustice and unrest.”Masoud Peshkeshian added that “power without ethics is hollow” and stressed the importance of moral values in global affairs.

The statement came at a time when tensions are rising in the Middle East and global concern is growing over the situation in the region.

According to observers, the Iranian leadership is trying to present itself as a responsible and stable force in the current circumstances.
