Pakistan Stock Market 100 Index Reaches New High

Karachi: The previous day, the 100 index of the Pakistan Stock Exchange closed at 1,56,180 points, however, today the positive attitude of investors gave new life to the market. During the trading session, the index increased by 233 points to cross the level of 1,56,414 points.

Interestingly, the index touched a high of 1,57,196 points at one point. Although the low of 1,56,337 points was also seen, the overall trend of the market remained bullish.It would not be right to call this increase a mere numbers game.
