Senator Irfan Siddiqui has been appointed as the Government-PTI Negotiations Spokesperson.

Islamabad: The government committee charged with negotiating with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has appointed Senator Irfan Siddiqui, a senior member of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), as its spokesman.

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s decision to assign Siddiqui to this crucial position was confirmed in an official statement. In his capacity as spokesman, he will convey updates about the discussions meant to resolve the current political deadlock and reflect the government’s viewpoint.
