ISLAMABAD – Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs Ishaq Dar has said that establishing sustainable peace at the global level is a shared responsibility for which all countries have to work unitedly. He was speaking on the sidelines of the UN Peacekeeping Mission Ministerial Preparatory Conference 2025 held in Islamabad.
Highlighting Pakistan’s role in world peace, Ishaq Dar said that our country is committed to implementing the UN Charter, and the participation of Pakistani troops in peacekeeping missions is proof of this commitment.
The Foreign Minister said that this ministerial conference is a golden opportunity to promote effective cooperation for peace and security at the global level.
