Strict orders for school security in Punjab, Danish schools and cadet colleges also on high alert

Lahore: The provincial government has issued new instructions to further improve the security situation in educational institutions. According to the latest official notification, it has been made mandatory for every school to fully and strictly follow the prescribed security protocols. The safety of students and school staff has been declared the top priority.

The Education Department has directed all government and private schools to complete their security audits immediately. It has been made mandatory to address the deficiencies identified during this process on an immediate basis so that any potential threat can be addressed early.

The government order has directed field officers to visit schools every day and ensure that there is no lapse in security arrangements.

Special orders have also been issued for the heads of Danish schools and cadet colleges, asking them to be more alert, increase surveillance and keep a close eye on every aspect of security.
