PM’s Adviser Rana Sanaullah Proposes Negotiations with PTI to Set Boundaries for Protests

Islamabad – In an effort to avoid any vandalism in the upcoming unsuccessful talks between the PTI and the government, the Prime Minister’s Adviser on Political Affairs, Rana Sanaullah, said that his party has proposed to the PTI that both parties decide on how protests should be performed and not perform in the new round of talks on January 2. In an interview, Rana Sanaullah said there was no way to bring about political stability without talking.

He told PTI to crave justice for Pakistan before craving personal justice and that a country cannot rights itself until and unless every single person of it agrees. Rana Sanaullah added that if the opposition desired the Charter of Economy, Pakistan’s growth would be secure.

PTI Senator Barrister Ali Zafar expressed his views in favor of such a move, saying that a code of conduct for protest would be a positive development. Zafar also urged the authorities to free political prisoners with reference to the PTI, including its founder Imran Khan, to maintain political stability in Pakistan by 2025.
