PIA’s big relief for passengers, up to 10 percent discount on tickets when paying with MCB card

Karachi: National airline Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has introduced a special discount scheme for passengers to make air travel more affordable, under which customers paying for tickets with selected MCB Bank cards will get a significant reduction in fares.
According to a PIA spokesperson, under this limited-time offer, passengers will be able to get up to 10 percent discount on the basic price of the ticket. This facility will be available till March 31, 2026, while a maximum discount of Rs 10,000 will be given in a single transaction.
The airline has clarified that this discount will be applicable only on the base fare, meaning taxes and other additional charges will not be included in it. Moreover, this discount can be availed only twice a month on each card.
The management says that this offer may be limited or temporarily suspended due to operational requirements on certain routes or during certain travel times. The company also reserves the right to change the terms and conditions.
PIA says that the aim of this initiative is to provide economic relief to passengers and make domestic air travel more accessible.
