Pakistan will give a befitting reply to India’s water aggression and propaganda: Atta Tarar

Islamabad: Federal Minister for Information Atta Tarar has strongly criticized India and said that India is using water as a weapon and unilateral suspension of the Indus Water Treaty is unacceptable in any way. He said this while addressing a function in Islamabad.

Atta Tarar said that Pakistan has always played a role in peace in the region, but India is constantly trying to spoil the situation through propaganda, allegations, and aggression. He said that be it the Pahalgam incident or the Pulwama attack, India has always tried to defame Pakistan by making false allegations.

The Federal Minister said that India’s Hindutva ideology is the biggest threat to peace in South Asia. He clarified that Pakistan is capable of giving an effective and full response to all kinds of aggression.

He said that the real war is against false narratives. India is trying to cause diplomatic damage by defaming Pakistan in the world, but Pakistan has forced the world public opinion to change with its diplomatic strategy and sacrifices.

Atta Tarar also spoke about the Kashmir issue and said that Pakistan will celebrate August 5 as Kashmir Solidarity Day. He said that the Kashmir issue should be resolved according to international resolutions, and India is being humiliated while Pakistan is being questioned at the international level.
