Rawalpindi: After meeting with founding chairman of PTI Imran Khan in Adiala Jail after a month, Barrister Gauhar told the media that consultations were held on important political and legal issues in the meeting.
Barrister Gauhar said that during the meeting, various organizational and party issues, including the protest movement, were discussed in detail. He said that not meeting the founding chairman and depriving him of newspapers and information is a cause of serious concern.
He added:
“When Imran Khan is kept alone, neither given newspapers nor allowed to meet, it creates many problems.”
According to Barrister Gauhar, Imran Khan guided him on the party’s restructuring, public relations campaign, and future protest strategy. He expressed hope that the people’s movement for the restoration of democratic freedoms will gain momentum in the coming days.
