Ahsan Iqbal’s message on Youm-e-Takbir: Pakistan’s nuclear power is no longer just defense; it is also a sign of progress

Islamabad — On the occasion of Youm-e-Takbir, Federal Minister Ahsan Iqbal presented a new thought and said that Pakistan’s nuclear power is no longer limited to defense strategy but has now become a sign of the country’s sustainable development, self-reliance, and scientific determination. He said that today is proof that Pakistan is independent in its decisions and has full capacity to face any challenge.

Addressing the ceremony, he said that the passion to defeat India should not only be on the military front but also on the academic, intellectual, and economic fronts. He stressed that the secret of national development lies in a strong economy, higher education, and scientific innovation, and today’s young generation is the guarantee of Pakistan’s bright future.

Ahsan Iqbal clarified that under the leadership of Field Marshal Asim Munir, Pakistan also destroyed India’s technological arrogance by shooting down Rafale aircraft. According to him, this is not just a military victory but also a manifestation of Pakistan’s defense self-confidence at the global level. He said that increasing the literacy rate, educational reforms, and promotion of modern sciences are the agenda that can put Pakistan on the path of real development.
