RAWALPINDI: After meetings were again possible in Adiala Jail, the PTI founder met his sister today, which was confirmed by Barrister Gauhar while talking to the media. He said that there had been no meeting since November 4, due to which there was concern in the party.
According to Barrister Gauhar, the PTI founder’s sister told that her health is fine and she is completely healthy. He said that if the ban on meetings had been lifted earlier, there would not have been so much uncertainty.
The PTI Chairman added that keeping the party founder in isolation “is tantamount to silencing 70 percent of the country’s people,” as, according to him, a large section of the people consider him their representative.
He also confirmed that the PTI founder has nominated Shahid Khattak as the parliamentary leader, which shows that he is constantly monitoring party affairs and taking important decisions himself.
