Tianjin: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has said that the everlasting friendship between Pakistan and China has stood firm in every trial of history. Speaking at Tianjin University, he said that these relations are not just political but are based on trust, respect and sincerity.
PM Shehbaz Sharif said that Pakistan was the first Muslim country to recognize China. He said that Allama Iqbal had predicted China’s development years ago, which has become a reality today.
The Prime Minister said that more than 200 Pakistani students are studying at Tianjin University, who are real ambassadors of Pakistan. He urged the students to use their talents for the development of the country after completing their education.
He said that the way China has lifted its people out of poverty is a shining example for the world. The Prime Minister said that President Xi Jinping’s vision of shared prosperity is inspiring for the world. PM Shahbaz Sharif further said that 60 percent of Pakistan’s population is youth and these youth are the guarantee of the country’s bright future.
