Gold is the most precious metal all over the world and in Pakistan, and today there is no change in the price of the gold in the market. Its price remained over the weekend for 1 tola (11.66 grams) of 24-carat gold at PKR 273,400, which makes the business and investments more certain for the gold customers and stakeholders.

All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association highlighted that the PKR price of 10 grams of gold was also constant on the local market at PKR 234,396. It must be noted that many people, including the consumers and traders, were expecting changes in the prices because of the end-of-the-year festivities and other economic factors. Internationally, the price of the ounce of gold held at USD 2,622. A relatively stable trend has been observed on the global market that affects local gold prices in Pakistan, where global bail conditions and even geopolitical tensions do not much affect the metal.

The stability of gold prices is also projected in the short run because there is no shift in demand in the international market. Nevertheless, Pakistani market analysts are still keenly waiting for any change that would occur in the coming years in the global economic situation that might affect the price of gold in Pakistan. For now, this stability of prices provides the favourable conditions for investors and consumers in the sphere of gold.
