Karachi: The price of gold continued its downfall for the second day in a row. According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold has decreased by Rs 3,300 per tola in the country, after which the price of gold has increased to Rs 3 lakh 3 thousand per tola.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold has also decreased by Rs 2,829, which has now come down to Rs 2,59,773. Gold prices also fell sharply in the global market, where the price of gold fell by $29 to $2,887 per ounce.
It should be noted that on the previous day also, the price of gold in the country had decreased by Rs 2,400 per tola. According to experts, this decrease in gold price is due to price fluctuations in the global market and the increase in the value of the dollar.
Despite the fall in the price of gold, the attitude of investors and consumers has been cautious. Experts say that if the price of gold falls further in the international market, it can also have an impact on gold prices in the country.
In view of the fall in gold prices, this time can be favorable for those looking to buy jewelry.
