ISLAMABAD – Pakistan’s appetite for mobile communication continues to grow as the country imported mobile handsets worth Rs 406.38 billion during the first nine months of the current fiscal year (FY 2025-26).

According to the latest data from the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS), the month of March 2026 alone saw imports worth Rs 41.70 billion. This indicates a solid year-on-year growth of 14.28% compared to March 2025.
