Lahore: Atlas Honda has announced the introduction of an exchange facility for owners of old Honda CD 70s. Under this facility, the customer will be able to adjust the agreed price of his used bike towards the purchase of a new CD 70 and will only have to pay the remaining amount. According to recent reports, this facility reduces the need to sell the old bike separately.

The aim of this programme is to ease the upgrade path for those customers who are facing problems related to the repair, maintenance and performance of their old bike. The customer will have to take their old CD70 to an authorised Atlas Honda 3S dealership first.

The dealership’s technical staff will inspect the bike. During this, the engine, frame, model, mechanical condition and overall appearance will be checked. After this assessment, the exchange value of the old bike will be determined.

It is important for customers that there is no single fixed exchange price for the old CD 70. The price of different motorcycles may vary according to their age, model, condition and the dealership’s valuation. Therefore, it is not correct to consider any specific amount as the final exchange rate for each customer.

As per the current reported price, the new Honda CD 70 is available for approximately Rs. 159,900. However, before purchasing, the customer should confirm the latest price and other payable expenses with the authorised dealer.

For example, if the dealership sets the exchange value of an old CD 70 at Rs. 90,000, the customer will have to pay Rs. 69,900 for a new bike worth Rs. 159,900. This is just an illustrative example. The actual amount payable will be known only after the final valuation of the old bike.

A major advantage of the exchange facility is that the customer does not have to go through a separate process to sell the old bike first and then buy the new bike. However, it would be better for the customer to compare the exchange value offered by the dealership with the potential sale price of his bike in the open market. This way, he will be able to know how financially suitable the facility is for him.

The Honda CD 70 has been one of the popular motorcycles used for daily commuting in Pakistan for a long time. Its new model in August 2026 mainly changed the graphics, while no major changes were reported in the engine and overall mechanical features.

Interested CD 70 owners are advised to contact the nearest authorised Atlas Honda 3S dealership to confirm the exchange value, programme terms, and remaining balance payable for the new bike based on the current condition of their bike.
