KARACHI – The OMR to PKR exchange rate is continuing to attract attention on 07 May 2026 as economic cooperation and workforce relations between Pakistan and Oman remain significant for foreign exchange inflows.
In the open market, the Omani riyal is being bought at Rs. 722.00 and sold at Rs. 733.05.
The Omani riyal remains one of the strongest foreign currencies in Pakistan’s exchange market. Remittances sent by Pakistani workers residing in Oman continue supporting household incomes and strengthening Pakistan’s foreign exchange reserves.
Trade activity between Pakistan and Gulf countries is also maintaining demand for the riyal, particularly in sectors linked with construction materials, energy supplies, and commercial imports. The current currency trend is helping businesses manage international payments and financial commitments efficiently.
