Investors actively bought in various sectors during the trading session, which gave a positive overall trend to the market. According to analysts, expectations of a reduction in geopolitical risks globally played a significant role in improving the investment trend in emerging markets, which also benefited the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

The KSE-100 index reached a high of 180,202 points during trading, while at the end of the business, the index closed at 180,014 points, up 2,931 points. The index continued to move within the 1,690-point range throughout the session, reflecting strong investor interest.
