Gold prices also continued to rise in the global market, where gold rose by $19 to $3,329 per ounce today. According to economists, financial uncertainty at the international level, currency fluctuations, and lack of investor confidence are the main reasons for the rise in gold prices.

It may be recalled that on the previous day itself, a big increase of Rs 8600 was seen in the price of gold per tola, which is being considered as the most significant increase in recent months. Jewellers say that if this trend continues, gold is going out of the reach of the common man.
