Saudi Arabia: In a move reflecting deep-rooted strategic ties, Pakistan has sent a military force and fighter jets to Saudi Arabia to reinforce bilateral defence cooperation.
The Saudi Ministry of Defence confirmed that the Pakistani contingent has reached King Abdulaziz Air Base in the eastern region, marking another step in ongoing military collaboration between the two nations.
Officials stated that the deployment is part of a joint defence agreement aimed at enhancing coordination, preparedness, and regional security.
Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have historically maintained close defence relations, with Pakistan often contributing to training, advisory roles, and joint military exercises within the Kingdom.
Analysts view this development as a continuation of mutual security commitments amid evolving regional dynamics.
