ISLAMABAD — Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed strong confidence in Pakistan’s ability to navigate current global economic challenges, stating that the country is effectively managing difficult situations with significant success.

Presiding over a high-level review meeting focused on mitigating financial and economic impacts, the Prime Minister revealed that the government is moving forward with a comprehensive strategy to export surplus essential commodities to strengthen the national exchequer.

“We are now focusing on a strategy to export abundant essential items in a way that benefits our economy without affecting local availability,” PM Sharif noted. He instructed relevant ministries to propose effective measures to minimize the impact of global price hikes on national production and the common man.
