Tehran / Washington: Tensions have once again increased in the Middle East, where the war of words between Iran and the United States has intensified, while concerns are also arising regarding global energy supplies.

Iran’s Revolutionary Guards have announced that ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz will be given conditional permission. According to Iranian officials, only ships from those countries that decide to expel the US and Israeli ambassadors from their countries will be able to pass through this important sea route.

The statement by the Revolutionary Guards is being considered very important in the context of increasing tensions in the region, as the Strait of Hormuz is considered a vital sea route for global trade, especially oil shipments.

On the other hand, US President Donald Trump has issued a stern warning to Iran, saying that if Iran tries to obstruct shipping in the Strait of Hormuz or affect global oil shipments, it will face a severe response.

The US President said in his statement that any attempt to endanger global energy supplies will not be tolerated. He added that the US, together with its allies, is fully capable of responding forcefully to any potential threat.

Trump made it clear that the US is ready to take all possible measures to ensure the security of global trade and energy supplies.

In response to the US statement, the Iranian Revolutionary Guards have also taken a tough stance, saying that Tehran will decide to end the war.

Iranian officials say that if the attacks by the United States and Israel continue, Iran has the ability to completely stop oil exports from the region.

According to the Revolutionary Guards, if aggressive actions against Iran continue, energy supplies in the region could be severely affected.

Analysts say that the growing tension over the Strait of Hormuz could also affect global oil markets because a large amount of the world’s oil reaches various countries through this sea route.
