Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif have strongly reacted to the terrorist attack on the bus of innocent children going to school in Balochistan and described the incident as the worst example of humanitarianism, cowardice and anti-education.

President Asif Ali Zardari strongly condemned the incident and said that the attack on school children is not just a crime but an attack on humanity. He said that India-backed terrorism will be exposed to the world and India-backed elements in Pakistan will be completely wiped out. Terrorists are enemies of Pakistan’s development and Balochistan’s prosperity, and we stand in full solidarity to foil these conspiracies,he said.

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said the attack on innocent children was the worst form of terrorism and the entire nation mourned the barbarity. The Prime Minister made it clear that the state would nip these rabid elements in the bud, and every conspiracy to disturb the peace of Balochistan would be foiled.

“Our security forces and all state institutions are on the same page, and every possible step will be taken to completely eradicate terrorism,” he said. Extending his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families, the Prime Minister said that the entire nation shares their grief, and the sacrifice of innocent children will not be allowed to go in vain.

While the recent terrorist attack in Balochistan has saddened the nation, the state institutions have once again demonstrated full resolve and unity against the terrorists. The attention of the international community is also being drawn to this issue. To strengthen Pakistan’s position at the international level.
