Karachi: The foreign exchange market in Pakistan has witnessed notable fluctuations as of December 28, 2024. The US Dollar is being traded at a buying rate of 278.00 PKR and a selling rate of 279.50 PKR. The euro continues its upward trend, with buying at 287.40 PKR and selling at 290.15 PKR. The UK Pound Sterling is one of the highest trading currencies, with a buying rate of 348.50 PKR and a selling rate of 352.00 PKR.

Meanwhile, the Australian dollar stands at 172.75 PKR for buying and 175.00 PKR for selling. The Canadian dollar is also trading higher at 193.72 PKR for buying and 196.12 PKR for selling. In terms of Asian currencies, the Chinese Yuan is being exchanged at 37.99 PKR for buying and 38.39 PKR for selling, while the Japanese Yen stands at 1.86 PKR for buying and 1.92 PKR for selling. Additionally, the Saudi Riyal is priced at 73.80 PKR for buying and 74.35 PKR for selling, with the U.A.E Dirham at 75.40 PKR for buying and 76.05 PKR for selling.
