Pre-departure facilitation desks set up at international airports

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has set up pre-departure facilitation desks at international airports across the country to facilitate passengers, with the aim of making the immigration process better and more transparent.
According to FIA officials, the establishment of these desks will provide immediate guidance to passengers traveling abroad in immigration procedures and clearance, which will reduce unnecessary delays and difficulties.
Officials say that if a passenger has a complaint regarding the behavior or performance of immigration staff, he can directly approach the FIA headquarters so that immediate action can be taken.
According to the FIA, the aim of this move is to restore the confidence of passengers and improve the quality of services at airports.
