Under the agreement, the two countries will prepare joint executive protocols and practical programs every year to effectively advance defense cooperation. In addition, exchange of high-level official delegations and contacts between defense institutions will also be promoted.

The document also approves the establishment of a joint military committee to monitor and coordinate the agreement. This committee, nominated by the defense ministers of both countries, will hold at least one meeting a year and review the implementation of the agreement.

The agreement includes clear provisions regarding the protection of confidential information, under which no classified document or information will be shared with any third party without the written permission of the other party. This confidentiality obligation will continue even after the conclusion of the agreement.

According to the financial arrangements, the host country will bear the domestic travel, accommodation and emergency medical expenses of the delegations coming on official visits. The agreement also makes it clear that the two countries will resolve any dispute or issue of interpretation through mutual consultation and will not be referred to any international or domestic court or third party.
