Lahore: The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has refuted claims on social media that Jazz is overcharging its customers. The PTA stated that these rumors are false and that no complaints have been filed regarding extra charges.
The authority also confirmed that any recent tariff changes by Jazz were already approved by the PTA. The PTA assured the public that it is closely monitoring all telecom companies to ensure they do not harm customers’ interests and will take immediate action if any wrongdoing is found.
