Islamabad: Spokesperson Irfan Siddiqui from the government’s negotiation committee appeals to PTI to return to the negotiation table. PTI showed strong interest in talks but made a fast exit according to Irfan Siddiqui during his media appearance in Islamabad. When negotiation ends they should send official written communication explaining why they stopped the process.

He made clear that the negotiation committee will stay dedicated to its mission because switching tracks now would increase the process’s difficulties. Siddiqui explained clearly that our stance never excluded forming the judicial commission. They should have let us speak first instead of taking decisive action. Why the rush?”

The PML-N veteran politician told reporters that PTI started the dialogue and explained their committee keeps advancing in talks. He said the government needs seven working days from January 21 to finalize discussions since this is what the Speaker agreed to.

Why does PTI drop talks without completion when they started this process weeks ago according to Siddiqui. Our team looks forward to moving talks ahead and finding an agreement.
