KARACHI: The price of gold has once again recorded a significant increase across the country, after which gold has reached near its highest level. According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold has increased by Rs 7,800 per tola across the country today, after which gold has reached the level of Rs 328,800 per tola.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold has also recorded an increase of Rs 6,688, after which the new price is Rs 281,893. According to analysts, due to the increase in gold prices in the global market, the domestic market is also seeing a steady increase, while the price of the dollar and economic uncertainty are also affecting gold prices.
Experts say that this rapid increase in gold prices is becoming a concern for both ordinary consumers and investors, as the purchasing power of buyers in the local market has already been affected.
