Pakistan Stock Exchange surges, 100 index crosses 169,000 points

Karachi: The Pakistan Stock Exchange opened positively today, and the market remained bullish during trading. The 100 index surged 840 points to 169,415 points, a clear indication of growing investor confidence.

The index also hit an intraday high of 169,641 points during trading.
Yesterday, the index closed at 168,574 points, after which today’s rally shows a significant improvement in the market.
