According to the Meteorological Department, intermittent rain with thunder is expected in different areas.

In Punjab, several districts including Rawalpindi, Murree, Jhelum, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Narowal, Multan, Bahawalpur, and Dera Ghazi Khan may be affected. While in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Swat, Mansehra, Dir, Peshawar, Charsadda, Kurram, Waziristan, Bajaur and other areas are also expected to experience an increase in weather intensity.

PDMA has issued instructions to the relevant agencies to ensure the provision of small and large machinery, stay away from dilapidated buildings, and citizens to adopt safety measures.
