ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Barrister Gowher has said that legislation in the US Congress is routine, which has nothing to do with PTI or its policies. Talking to the media at the Parliament House, he said that there are countless resolutions and legislation in the US Congress, but PTI has nothing to do with it directly or indirectly.
He added that no one contacted PTI on the occasion of the visit of a US delegation to Pakistan. “Regarding possible contacts with the establishment, he said,” “I am equally aware.”” “As much as you people.
Barrister Gohar also discussed the strategy of forming an alliance with the opposition parties and said that the future course of action would be decided by the PTI in consultation with the opposition alliance. He said that Maulana Fazlur Rehman has asked to give his decision on April 15 after the Majlis-e-Amalya, after which the future political strategy and TORs will be decided jointly.
He explained that PTI is a democratic party and dissent is respected in the party. He said that we do not want politics of hate; we are all brothers. Differences are part of the political process, but party matters should be discussed within the party.
