Peshawar: Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman has said that the entire nation is showing solidarity on the stand of not recognizing Israel. Addressing the Gaza March, he said that when the time comes, the Pakistani people will definitely demand an answer from both the government and the opposition on this stand.
He said that the weaknesses of the Arab world gave Israel the opportunity to oppress defenseless Muslims, but the Palestinian people proved to the world by making unprecedented sacrifices that victory is achieved only through faith and perseverance.
Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman said that the mothers and children of Gaza remained steadfast despite continuous bombing for two years, and ultimately Israel had to negotiate with Hamas.
He said that during Donald Trump’s era, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu was given more than $10 million, while Pakistan should develop dignified relations with China and Russia instead of the United States.
Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman criticized the judicial system and said that the current system of the country is not providing justice to the people, it is the need of the hour to implement the just system of Islam in its place.
He said that Jamaat-e-Islami will start the movement for real change from Minar-e-Pakistan on November 22 and 23.
In a discussion on Afghanistan, he said that the Afghan government should show responsibility and not allow its land to be used against Pakistan. He said that India can never be a friend of Afghanistan, it will celebrate when difficult times come.
Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman said that Pakistan and the Afghan government should start talks today to restore peace, Jamaat-e-Islami is always ready to play a role for peace, justice and stability.
