Islamabad: A statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office said that salaries of federal government employees will be paid before Eid-ul-Fitr so that they can complete Eid preparations in a better manner.
According to the statement, the Prime Minister’s instructions have been conveyed to all federal government institutions and departments, after which the relevant authorities have started arrangements for the advance payment of salaries.
According to the Prime Minister’s Office, this step is being taken with the aim that government employees can fulfil their needs on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr without financial worries and can celebrate Eid happily with their families.
Officials say that all relevant departments are taking necessary steps to ensure timely payment of salaries so that the payment to employees is completed before Eid.
