Karachi: Kia has launched the 2026 model of its popular crossover vehicle Stonic, which is ready to hit the market with modern design, technology and hybrid options. According to the company, the new vehicle aims to provide a better and more modern driving experience to young buyers and urban users.

Significant update in design

The new model adopts Kia’s famous design language “Opposites United”. It includes a new front grille, angular headlights and Y-shaped daytime running lights. At the rear, L-shaped LED lights and a redesigned bumper give the vehicle a more impressive and wider impression.

The size of the vehicle has also been slightly increased, after which the length has become 4165 mm and the boot space has become 352 liters. Along with this, new colors Adventure Green and Yacht Blue have also been introduced.

Interior and Features

The cabin features two 12.3-inch screens (digital cluster and infotainment) that give it a modern feel. The company has also added features like Multimode Touch Display, wireless charging, USB-C ports, digital key and Kia Connect.

Engine and Performance

The powertrain is powered by a 1.0-liter turbo three-cylinder engine that produces 100 horsepower and 172 Newton meters of torque. Thanks to the new mild-hybrid technology, its power reaches 113 horsepower. Buyers will be able to choose between a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.

In terms of safety, the company has equipped the vehicle with a modern ADAS system, which includes features like Smart Cruise Control, Forward Collision Assist and Lane Following Assist.

According to experts, the new Kia Stonic 2026 is emerging as a strong competitor in its class. Design innovation, a wealth of technology and hybrid options put it on par with models like the Ford Puma and Nissan Juke.
