Irfan Siddiqui Admits Judicial Commission Outcome Has Not Been Determined

Islamabad: The government negotiation committee representative Irfan Siddiqui reports at this point there is no definite decision made to establish the judicial commission. Following their meeting he declared the subcommittee would return for additional dialogues on Thursday and Friday.

The negotiation teams from the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and government will gather for their fourth joint session on January 28. We have examined all demands and sought legal expertise to make decisions. We will deliver our written response to them on January 28 according to his words.

Speaker Ayaz Sadiq headed a negotiation committee subcommittee meeting to assess PTI’s written demands. Senior government officials Ishaq Dar, Naveed Qamar, and others took part in the discussions which also involved Abdul Aleem Khan, Rana Sanaullah, Farooq Sattar, Ejaz-ul-Haq, Khalid Magsi, and Chaudhry Salik Hussain.
