Tehran: Iran has reacted strongly after the recent US air strikes, making it clear that Tehran will not hesitate to take action against any regional country if its territory is used for military action against Iran. Iranian officials have said that the country reserves the right to take all necessary measures to defend its sovereignty and national security.

“We are ready, come, we are waiting for you,” said Ebrahim Rezaei, the spokesman for the Iranian parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, in a statement to the United States. He said that Iran will not bow to any pressure or threat and that national defense will be ensured at all costs.

The Iranian Foreign Ministry also urged countries in the region in a strong statement not to allow their territory or airspace to be used for any US military action against Iran. According to the ministry, if any location or facility is used to attack Iran, the Iranian armed forces reserve the right to take action against such targets.

Iranian Parliament Speaker Baqer Qalibaf said that the era of imposing decisions by force is over and Iran will not bow to any kind of intimidation, pressure or power politics. According to him, there will be no compromise on national sovereignty and security.

On the other hand, former Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Velayati also took a strong tone and said that Iran is fully ready to use its defense capabilities. He said that if the situation demands it, Iran will take decisive action to protect its national interests.

These statements have come at a time when tensions between Washington and Tehran have once again increased after the recent attacks on Iranian targets by the US Central Command. The escalating war of words between the two countries has increased concerns about the security situation in the region.

Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump has also taken a tough stance on Iran, indicating that further action will not be avoided if necessary. He said that there are many complications in the path of any new agreement with Tehran and that Iran has been creating problems for the international community for decades.

According to analysts, the growing tension between the US and Iran could affect not only the security situation in the Middle East but also the global energy markets and the diplomatic environment. However, despite the statements issued by both countries so far, there has been no independent confirmation of any new military action, while the international community is continuously emphasizing restraint and a diplomatic solution.
