Islamabad: The Pakistani open market witnessed fluctuations in foreign exchange rates on Tuesday, with the US dollar maintaining a stable position while the euro and British pound saw noticeable gains.
According to the latest data, the US Dollar (USD) remained steady, trading at PKR 280.25 for buying and PKR 281.75 for selling. However, the Euro (EUR) recorded an upward trend, reaching PKR 303.75 for buying and PKR 306.50 for selling, reflecting a growing demand in the market.
Similarly, the British Pound Sterling (GBP) surged to PKR 361.00 for buying and PKR 364.50 for selling, strengthening against the Pakistani Rupee. The Australian Dollar (AUD) and Canadian Dollar (CAD) also showed stability, trading at PKR 176.25/178.50 and PKR 195.60/198.00, respectively.
