The US Dollar (USD) continues to dominate trading activity, with buying and selling rates recorded at PKR 279.60 and PKR 281.10, respectively. The British Pound Sterling (GBP) remains strong, trading at PKR 346.75 for buying and PKR 350.25 for selling. Meanwhile, the Euro (EUR) is holding steady at PKR 290.00 (buying) and PKR 292.75 (selling).
Other notable currencies include the Australian Dollar (AUD), which is trading at PKR 175.75 (buying) and PKR 178.00 (selling), and the Canadian Dollar (CAD), with rates at PKR 195.60 (buying) and PKR 198.00 (selling). The Chinese Yuan (CNY) is also in demand, with rates at PKR 37.59 (buying) and PKR 37.99 (selling).
Regional Currencies
The Saudi Riyal (SAR) and UAE Dirham (AED), two of the most traded currencies in the region due to their significance for expatriates, are trading at PKR 74.20 (buying) and PKR 74.75 (selling) for SAR, and PKR 75.85 (buying) and PKR 76.50 (selling) for AED.
