The Pakistan open market forex rates, updated on December 29, 2024, for major currencies, the buying and selling rates are as follows: US Dollar buying at 278.00 and selling at 279.50, whereas UK Pound Sterling buying at 348.50 and selling at 352.00. Both the Euro buying rate and the sell rate for the Euro are 287.40 and 290.15, respectively, while the Canadian Dollar buying and sell rates are 193.72 and 196.12, respectively.
The Australian Dollar is 172.75 for purchase and 175.00 for sale, while the Saudi Riyal and U.A.E Dirham are 73.80/74.35 and 75.40/76.05, respectively. There are other currencies, namely the Chinese Yuan, with a buying rate of 37.99 and a selling rate of 38.39; the Japanese Yen selling at 1.86 and to be purchased at 1.92.
All these rates are very much realistic and represent the volatility in the forex trading in the Pakistani open market.
