Karachi: The UAE Dirham is trading actively and steadily in Pakistan’s open market today, reflecting strong economic ties between the two countries.
The Dirham is being bought at Rs. 76.50 and sold at Rs. 77.30.
Hundreds of thousands of Pakistanis working in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah are sending money home every month, and these remittances are forming a major part of Pakistan’s foreign exchange inflows.
Families are depending on these funds to manage rent, groceries, and daily living costs.
The Dirham is remaining one of the most trusted and frequently used currencies in Pakistan’s remittance market, and its steady trend is offering relief to many households.
